Rustle up a traditional Austrian Lunch during a cooking class in Salzburg. You’ll start with preparing the most popular sweet dish – an Austrian apple strudel. You will be asked to fully partake in all the stages of preparation. Activities such as marinating the apples and stretching out the pastry can be a lot of fun, and the whole experience of making the strudel is guaranteed to be as rewarding as enjoying the final outcome itself. As the main course, when the strudel is in the oven, every member will make a traditional peasant dish - Austrian speck & cheese dumplings.
