Question:  What is the reservation process? How long does it take to confirm my reservation? 
 
  
Answer:

1. Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation via email. (credit-card)
2. Within 24 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us.(paypal)
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email immediately after your order, providing you with all detailed information about your tour. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience and reconfirmation purpose.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember that your  E-Ticket is your proof of purchase. (Please send us an email at info@salzburgcitytours.com if you have questions regarding your E-Ticket. We suggest you include your E-Ticket number in the subject line of your email.)   


Question:  Does SalzburgCityTours.com accept phone, fax, email or regular mail reservations? 
 
  
Answer:

Yes, we accept phone, fax e-mail and regular mail reservations. However, All reservations are preferred to be generated online. For placing the online reservation, you need to go to our website, choose the item and continue the purchase following the steps.   


Question:  Can I add to, delete from or change my reservation after I submit it online? 
 
  
Answer :

Yes, as long as we have not reserved the tour for you and we receive your request at least 48 hours before the start of the tour. Send us an email at info@salzburgcitytours.com . We will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, we cannot amend, modify or void your reservation after we receive confirmation of your reservation from our tour providers. Please refer to our : Terms and Conditions.   


Question:  I am afraid I may have accidentally duplicated my reservation? 
 
  
Answer:

Send us email at info@salzburgcitytours.com. We will void the duplicated reservation for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or confirmed.
   

Question:  I do not want to put my credit card information online over the net. How can I make reservation?

When you are making reservation on the Internet, security is our number one priority. All online transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. However, if you prefer not to put your credit card information online, you can call us or fax us at +31(0)299-771051 to make the reservation with our customer service representative. 

Question:  Why is my credit card declining when I know I have money in my account?

A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.
